Safe and space-saving design

The Sofia comes with a range of safety and space-safving features. A one-step fold-away function lets you neatly fold the chair to create extra space, while a seat-safety sensor stops your stairlift moving until you are safely seated. You can also lock you Sofia using the integral control key to keep irsafe from children. For theose who have limited strength in their hands you can also choose an optional one or two-way powered swivel seat which is designed for narrow hallways, that turns to face your landing or hall, making getting in and out of your Sofia easy.
